Leadership Development
In the beginning...
Studying for a Masters in 2011 it was always going to focus on Leadership. Fascinated by how successful people make decisions, inspire others and create opportunities I designed a new 360 evaluation tool for multi-agency leaders and took it out to test and research.

That tool led to Adaptive Leadership - understanding the different roles people play within an organisation to create optimal success - whether that is change management, new strategy or creating opportunities within business and charities.

DISC, CIPD and Coaching for Executives came next, focusing again on the intensities and strengths of personalities, an understanding of organisational psychology and models of coaching to assist one to one work to draw out goals and motivation for change for individuals.

I have worked with over 200 leaders in organisations for one to ones, each coming with similar but unique sets of needs and wishes, issues and focal points. Workshops for team development has included: mindfulness based stress reduction, DISC insights, Leading Authentically, New Manager programme development, Graduate Scheme Management and Apprenticeship development programmes.
