If a person communicates with you according to your behavioural preferences, you are likely to be more receptive and respond positively. When we appreciate both differences and similarities in the people we interact with, we are more likely to lay aside 'right' and 'wrong' labels when it comes to behaviours.
DISC helps open a doorway to more effective communication between people, teams, customers and managers.
It allows you to modify your language and behaviour to better manage people in any environment.

Modifying our behaviour can help decrease stress which in turn can help increase productivity. People respond better to people they like and understand, in short, people are different but often predictably different.
DISC and practising can give you wider perspective when it comes to understanding people, how they prefer to process information, communicate with others and how they like to be communicated with. If you need to establish positive and meaningful relationships with the people in your life (personal or business) then you will find DISC invaluable.
It's a super simple online assessment, takes about 7 to 10 minutes (the beauty is in the simplicity, trust me) and asks you a series of most like me, least like me kind of questions. You then get a personal report in the form of a pdf delivered and a one to one session with me to decode the results.
Anyone who is working with me via block bookings automatically gets access to the DISC system.
DISC has been about for years, it bases itself in Jungian theory of personality - divided into four quadrants, D (Dominance), I (Influencing), S (Steady) and C (Cautious) - each of us have different intensities of all of these traits, and then the make up of primary and secondary traits build a profile or how we might respond to others, stress, our communication preferences and I help you understand what that might look like as your authentic self.
I appreciate DISC most for teams and leaders as it helps you understand yourself and those around you, looks at the different communication dynamics at play and how you are projecting yourself in your workplace or team.
Workshops help to forge a greater understanding of the DISC approach and all the variables at play - I'll gently challenge you to think in a different way using interactive activities, and offering examples of typical behaviours and styles.

I work with some big organisations who use DISC to profile at second interview stage or use DISC as their core leadership development tool. I design your workshops or development days according to your strategy and goals - so it's all bespoke. Have a look at the styles and see what you most align with!
